La Chanterie

Welcome to Gîte de la Chanterie! Just 20 minutes from Le Mans town center and located on a 17th-century property, this small gîte, close to the owners' house, is the ideal place to enjoy peace and nature, in a luminous setting. Inside the newly refurbished gîte, you'll find a living room with a lounge area, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. - 2 hotplates - 1 dishwasher - 1 fridge with small freezer compartment, - 1 microwave oven and grill - 1 Senseo coffee machine - 1 iron with small ironing board... Flat-screen TV. On the night side, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Possibility of a third person in the sofa bed in the living room. It is not possible to add a fourth person to the gîte. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The gîte is equipped with external shutters in the bedroom and an electric shutter on the bay window. Outside, you'll enjoy a sunny terrace and a small private garden. Deckchairs and a barbecue will accompany you throughout your stay. Parking is available close to your accommodation.
