Nearby: numerous outdoor activities (mushroom picking, fishing, hiking, cycling, tennis, golf 10 mn away...) and visits (sites, museums, exhibitions....) Site des Alpes Mancelles 15 mn away, Perseigne and Ecouves national forests 20 mn away, Alençon 10 mn away, Swimming pool 15 mn away, Embroidery Museum in Bourg le Roi 5 mn away, Le Mans 24-hour racetrack and Vieux Mans 45 mn away, Normandy coast 2H away. Ground floor: large living room with sofa, fitted kitchen, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bedside tables, wardrobe. Shower room with Italian shower, wc. Laundry room with washing machine. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, large wardrobe, round table and chairs. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and storage cupboard. Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Mezzanine with reading area (2 armchairs). Enclosed grounds, large courtyard for parking, folding cot, barbecue, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs. Bed linen provided (beds not made up). Electric heating included. Cleaning ; 2 possibilities : - Done by occupant at end of stay or - Optional cleaning: 65 euros extra. Tourist tax not included. Rental contracts for companies or professionals refused.
