In the heart of nature, 10 km from City of Le Mans, close to the Bois de l'Epau and its abbey, well-equipped Holiday cottage. Dining/living area with 2-seater sofa bed, flat-screen TV, wifi, wood-burning stove. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), another bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). 2 separate WCs. 2 bathrooms with bathtub and large Italian shower, 2 basins. Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms with 4 single beds (90cm). Sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed. Electric heating included. Bed linen hire extra: €20 per person.
