Nestled for 4 centuries at the end of a small country road, dead-end but not isolated, this renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Loir Valley and Jasnières vineyards welcomes all those seeking old-world charm, peace and space. Pond, frogs, hammock, boules pitch, barbecue, on 6000m2 of unenclosed, unoverlooked land... enjoy unforgettable moments in an exceptional setting. We accept 2 pets, (access to bedrooms forbidden). Bathroom linen provided. Free WIFI access Ground floor: Kitchen with electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, traditional and Tassimo coffee makers and enough crockery and cutlery for your entire stay. Dining/living room with fireplace (not usable), wood-burning stove, large wooden table, 2 sofas, large-screen TV (fiber) and hi-fi system. A bathroom with shower, vanity unit with washbasin and storage space, washing machine and partitioned toilet. A bedroom, with Countryside views, with Queen-size bed (160) and closet with hanging space and shelves. UPSTAIRS: Mezzanine bed only, accessed via a steep staircase: a large room with 2 single beds (90cm) on one side, and a double bed (140cm) on the other. Velux windows let in plenty of light and air. OUTSIDE: Large unfenced plot of 6,000 m2, with fruit trees and an unprotected pond. Garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue, boules pitch, outdoor games and 2 adult Bike / Mountain bikes are available (please bring charcoal). Outdoor parking alongside the house for up to 3 cars. Exceptionally, a closed garage is available exclusively for a classic car (Holiday cottage closed to parties).

4 kms: The village of Lhomme: butcher, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, bar.
7 kms away: La Chartre sur le Loir: supermarket, numerous shops, good second-hand goods, a large 35-hectare Lake for fishing and, of course, the famous white wines of Jasnières. La Chartre sur Le Loir is also a major meeting place for the 24 hours of Le Mans or Le Mans Classic. Many classic cars make their way through the City.

Remarks: -> The inside staircase is a little steep. It is equipped with a special protective barrier for Kids on the upper floor. -> The WC is partitioned off but is IN the bathroom. -> The unsafe pond can be dangerous for Kids who cannot swim. Please note that your children remain your sole responsibility. -> No baby equipment, please bring your own. -> Depending on the season, wood for the stove is provided, in moderation. -> Up to 2 pets allowed, but not in the bedrooms. -> No parties, no extra people please.
