Le Manoir de la basse Cour is located in the heart of the small, picturesque town of Asnières sur Vègre, in the Sarthe Valley. Not far from the ancient Gallo-Roman city of Le Mans and the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack. Surrounded by parkland on the banks of the Vègre, fully-equipped Holiday cottage: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 1: 2 single beds with private shower room Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Bedroom 3: 1 double bed Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom. Kitchenette, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. New for 2026: dishwasher. 2 bathrooms (shower), one of which is en suite. All-inclusive rates (heating, wifi, Piscine).

The pool is open from May to September: Availability is seasonal. The exact opening date in May and the exact closing date in September may vary according to weather conditions and outside temperature. Over the past five years, it has always been possible to open the pool between mid-May (sometimes earlier) and mid-September (sometimes later).

Umbrella beds are available on request and subject to availability. Charges apply. Cot bedding is not provided. A maximum of one cot per room can be provided. Cots can only be provided for children aged 2 and under.

Use of the washing machine is subject to an additional charge, payable on site. Washing powders and softeners are not supplied.
