A renovated farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet setting, located in a former farm, just about 10 minutes from the famous La Flèche Zoo—perfect for stays as a couple, with family, or with friends, accommodating up to 7 people. Single-story house with 1 lovely living area featuring an open kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer, as well as a dining table and living room with a TV. Three renovated bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x200) that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200), with a baby bed available, 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180x200), 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds, each 90 wide. Fully equipped for babies: a wooden crib, changing table, high chair, and kids’ toys are available for your use. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 sink, and a washing machine. A separate toilet. Bed linen is provided; beds are made on arrival; shower mats and dish towels are provided. Bath towels are available for rent at an additional cost: 5 euros per person (1 large and 1 small). Optional cleaning fee: 70€ 1 pet allowed (optional)
