A totally refurbished and refurbished building with character, it can accommodate up to 15 people. You'll find a jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, sports area, brazier, billiards table, table soccer, home cinema, barbecue... Holiday cottage Soleil dans la Ruelle - Les Hirondelles has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs. All these facilities will enable you to share unique moments with family or friends. You'll find an indoor Wellbeing area, equipped with a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a sports area featuring a rowing machine, a racing bike, dumbbells and fitness accessories, all in a Norwegian decor. From May onwards, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool and its water games. The pool is secured by a manually operated electric curtain, designed for the safety of young Kids. At Holiday cottage du Soleil dans la Ruelle - Les Hirondelles, you can enjoy an exceptional experience thanks to the underground "Braséro" terrace. It's dug into the ground to make your summer and winter evenings unforgettable. At the center of the terrace is a Braséro, where you can enjoy a real culinary experience. You can sit by the fire and watch the stars, or enjoy a unique barbecue with all your family and friends. For classic barbecue fans, you'll find a dedicated area in the inner courtyard with the Weber barbecue and accessories. You can keep an eye on what's cooking while enjoying a game of pétanque on the lighted court next to the Braséro and barbecue area. An outdoor playground is also available for your Kids. Inside, you'll find all the space and comfort you need. A large lounge equipped with a wood-burning stove, a billiard table, a home Cinema, a library, comfortable sofas and a set of board games, all in an automotive decor that reflects the history of Le Mans. You'll also be able to treat your guests to a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a large dining table for entertaining friends and family.

This large kitchen-dining room has the advantage of overlooking the inner courtyard and heated swimming pool, as well as the landscaped garden and forest adjacent to our Holiday cottage.
Near the kitchen, you'll find the utility room, equipped with a washing machine and large-capacity tumble dryer.
Holiday cottage Soleil dans la Ruelle - Les Hirondelles has 15 single beds with French hotel bedding, measuring 90cm x 200cm, which can be assembled as a king-size double bed.
All linen is provided and beds are ready on arrival.
Bathrooms and WCs are located in the rooms or directly nearby.
Bathroom linen and hygiene products such as toilet paper, cotton pads and paper towels are provided.
Your Kids will be delighted by our dedicated play area on the mezzanine floor.
Numerous construction, board and learning games are available.
There's also a teepee, cuddly toys and lots more.

J'ai été chef d'entreprise dans le domaine de l'impression.
J'ai commencé à travailler jeune, dès l'âge de 16 ans puis j'ai suivi une formation de diéséliste.
J'ai exercé de nombreux jobs jusqu'à mes 20 ans où j'ai créé mon entreprise.
Je décide désormais de réaliser une aventure familiale en ouvrant ce gîte pour vous faire vivre une expérience unique.

Sarah 5 Star perfect stay
Our party of 12 plus two dogs have recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Gite du Soleil dans la ruelle. We chose the property mainly because it offered accommodation to suit a multi generational family, including three teenagers as well as elderly parents with limited mobility.
Having spent two weeks at the property there was nothing we could fault. Communication prior to our visit and during our stay was spot on. We received a warm welcome from Christophe and his son Aymeric. During our stay we communicated mostly with Matthieu who was keen to make sure we were well looked after. Matthieu provided us with plenty of information on the local area, including the Le Mans 24 circuit - a highlight, especially for the racing enthusiasts in our party.
The property itself is stunning, having been recently renovated to a very high standard. The six bedrooms each have their unique selling points, two being ensuite, one adjacent to a large bathroom and the other three sharing two bathrooms and toilets at their side of the house.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with every kitchen utensil you could think of, and plenty of crockery and glassware. We hardly used the large dining table, preferring to eat either at the patio table or the brasero in the back garden. The weather during our stay was so good that we were able to use the brasero several times. This was a fun experience where everyone can get involved in the cooking. There’s also an electric barbecue for those days when you want to speed up the cooking process.
The courtyard directly outside the kitchen became the hub of our stay, the heated pool being the main focus. We used this a lot, preferring to spend most of our time enjoying the property rather than out and about.
The gite also has a lovely lounge area, with plenty of seating for everyone. Inside there is a pool table, table football, TV and plenty more to keep you occupied. Outside there is a table tennis table, pétanque and large garden - big enough to exercise our dogs in. In a separate building there is a lovely little gym with a rowing machine and spin bike as well as a jacuzzi and sauna.
All in all this is a wonderful gite with owners that have put a lot of thought into the layout and design. Christophe, Matthieu and Aymeric are great hosts, and helped make our stay even better than hoped. Thank you all for a fabulous holiday and for the extra little touches that made it even more special.

Séjour parfait ! La maison est très bien équipée, de la cuisine à la literie en passant par les jeux de société, l'espace spa/sport et évidemment tous les équipements de loisir, il ne manque rien!
Mais ce qui fait réellement la différence avec les nombreuses expériences de location que nous avons peu avoir dans le passé, c'est autant les services/activités offerts par l'hôte que sa disponibilité et combien il facilite l'organisation du séjour. Tout le monde a été ravi de ce séjour, merci encore Christophe !

HÉLÈNE Séjour de rêve pour un week-end d’anniversaire en famille
Petits et grands ont été enchantés par ce havre de paix où tout est fait pour la détente et le cocooning. Impossible de s’ennuyer, tout est prévu : piscine chauffée, sauna, bain à remous, billard, baby-foot, terrain de pétanque… le temps y passe trop vite. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté et le confort des lieux aménagés avec goût où rien ne manque et où on se sent à son aise ainsi que le brasero qui permet de passer des soirées exceptionnelles agrémentées de tournois de pétanque. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour les petites attentions à l’arrivée et leur réactivité en cas de questions durant le séjour sans parler de leur delicate surprise pour notre anniversaire
