For your private or professional meetings, groups of hikers... the "Domaine de Meslay", a haven of peace in the Sarthe, is located near Alençon, Le Mans and Mayenne, close to the A28 motorway, the Alpes Mancelles and Fresnay sur Sarthe, finalist 2021 of the "French people's favorite village". The 80m2 reception room, which opens onto a 75m2 veranda, is very bright and suitable for people with reduced mobility, and can accommodate up to 130 seated guests. Our 3500m2 enclosed park will enable you to organize your ceremony outdoors and take your most beautiful souvenir photos. To ensure the safety of your loved ones, the site offers 52 quality*** beds, divided into 11 rooms with made-up beds, shower room (towels provided) and private wc. Inside, you'll find a professionally-equipped kitchen, and all the equipment you need for your event (round and rectangular tables, white Napoleon chairs, quality crockery). Outside: a private parking lot, a covered area with garden tables and chairs, a nomad tent and a pétanque court. New for 2025: the 90m2 park room + a gaming room with table soccer and sanitary facilities. Equipped with furniture, it can be rented by the half-day, day or evening. Resident Madame Bouteloup is at your disposal to answer any questions you may have. Cleaning services are available on Mondays, Fridays and other days on request. Bed linen, towels and floor mats are provided and changed.
