La Chapelle is, above all, a charming 19th-century residence full of character and elegance, set in 2200 m² of greenery in the heart of the Sarthe town of Mamers and on the outskirts of the Perche region. The welcome is simple and friendly, but with the utmost attention to detail. The chambre d'hôtes is set up in a duplex, an annex facing the main house. The duplex is reserved exclusively for guests: a large entrance hall with kitchen area (sink, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, etc.), a large, bright living room with TV, internet connection and sofa bed. A bathroom with washbasin, WC and large Italian shower. Mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Possibility of 2 additional beds in a 2-person convertible sofa, width 140 (30€/pers/night). Enjoy a gourmet breakfast with homemade jam on the terrace or in the dining room of the main house, or in the dining area of the annex. A wifi connection and a parking lot adjoining the property are at your disposal. Linen provided.
