Make the most of the Espace SMQ and its 8 beds, where motor sports and cinema are displayed on the walls, along with illustrious signatures met at the gîte. The spirit of the King of Cool reigns here, as we take you behind the scenes of the 1970 film with Steve McQueen. Restored in 2015, l'Espace SMQ opens its living space to you, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge around the stove in winter. The ground floor features a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC, a first bedroom with two single beds, then the romance bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, shower room and WC. Upstairs, the industrial workshop-style mezzanine offers a 140cm bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided. Free WIFI, TV with foreign channels, DVD player, books and magazines, indoor and outdoor games will keep you entertained. A washing machine is also available. You'll also enjoy a 600 m2 shared outdoor space with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, where you can stroll through the vegetable garden or the surrounding countryside. Private parking for up to 4 cars is available free of charge. A closed garage is also available for motorcyclists. The gîte is equipped with sockets for charging batteries for electric vehicles. Your safety has not been forgotten, with emergency numbers, a first-aid kit, instructions and useful addresses, not to mention a protocol dedicated to the current health situation. Within a 50 km radius, you'll be ideally placed to discover the entire Sarthe department, which is brimming with treasures of all kinds.
