If you love peace and quiet and nature, if you dream of being woken by birdsong or dining on the terrace under the stars... Our gîte awaits you, at the end of our longère, in the heart of a hazelnut grove where you can meet squirrels, roe deer or pheasants... In winter, you can enjoy a good book by the fireplace, and from June 15 to September 15, you'll love lounging by our heated, uncovered swimming pool (from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm, our guests are welcome to use it, provided they wear a bathing cap). Children will love the wooded area, the playroom and the bikes available for family outings. If you'd like to explore... hiking trails, fishing, the La Flèche Zoo and castles are all on offer. With family or friends, you'll find yourself facing the vegetable garden in the large living room with open-plan kitchen. Still on the ground floor, adjoining a separate toilet, the master bedroom with its private shower room (Italian shower) opens onto the hazelnut grove, and for your comfort you'll find 1 king-size bed (or 2 beds 90/200, depending on your choice). Bathing caps must be worn when using the swimming pool. As in a second apartment, children will settle in upstairs where a bright bedroom with 3 beds (90/190), the mezzanine (1 bed 90/190 and a cot) with its reading corner, a large bathroom and separate WC await them. Available: WIFI, baby equipment, wood for the fireplace, NOT INCLUDED: tourist tax and OPTIONAL: bed linen (8€/bed), towels/household linen 7€/pers, cleaning fee (60€).
