Immerse yourself in the Mayenne bocage! This tall house offers spacious rooms, all tastefully decorated: paintings on the walls, chic and comfortable armchairs, 160*200 beds with quality bedding. The house opens onto a private terrace. There's also a play area and a meadow-like garden with a beautiful view of the countryside and its valleys. Facilities include ping-pong table, basketball hoop and children's swing. The owners are passionate about gardening, and you have access to the more open part of the English-style garden. You'll be able to wander among all sorts of hydrangea, phlox, wisteria and heucheria... From the gîte, you can go on short and long walks. You're close to the Corniche de Paille, Mont-Rochard and the Sillé-le-Guillaume forest, with its leisure and swimming area. The gîte comprises a large living-kitchen-dining area (41m²) on the ground floor, and a shower, separate toilet and laundry area on level N-1. On the 1st floor, accessed by a wide staircase: the Vert amande bedroom (14m²) with 1 double bed 160*200, a bench, a desk and chair, and a closet, the Terra cota bedroom (22m²) with a bed 160*200, a sofa, a desk with chair and a large wardrobe. An additional sleeping area (16m²) with 2 single beds and a crib is available: this area has no window to the outside. Shopping facilities in Bais (8km), or Villaines-la-Juhel (13km).

Sheets and towels included. Heating included in low season. Optional cleaning 70€.
Electricity: 8 kWh/day included, beyond that, pay owner directly on meter reading.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat. Please advise before arrival.
