Do you simply want to get together with family or friends? Le Petit Douaillon offers you 2 buildings in which to sleep. The 40-person reception room adjoins the well-equipped and organized professional kitchen, including crockery and cutlery for 40. Exceptional: 3 ground-floor bedrooms with private shower rooms and WCs can accommodate 8 people with reduced mobility. The gîte is located on an organic dairy farm. Tours of the farm are available on request. Around the gîte, you'll find a large parking lot far from the relaxation and play areas, as well as 2 petanque courts. A true haven of peace in the countryside. La Longère, on the ground floor, features a reception room with professional kitchen, sanitary facilities and 1 wheelchair-accessible bedroom for 2, with adapted shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (3/4/5 and 6 beds, each with its own shower room / wc and independent access). Access via the reception room to a large terrace covered by a marquee from April to October, with seating for 10, garden tables and chairs. L'Ancienne étable: ground floor: dining room with simple kitchen, table and chairs for approx. 8 people, 2 wheelchair-accessible bedrooms for 3 people each with private shower room and WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 4 beds each with en-suite shower room and WC. Also a studio, 26m², on the ground floor, with a TV area and sofa, a kitchenette, and upstairs: 2-person bedroom and shower room with toilet. In total, 34 beds (90*190cm). There are plenty of things to do with the whole family in the surrounding area: the Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier (12km), the Robert Tatin open-air museum in Cossé-le-Vivien, aquatic areas open all year round in Château-Gontier and Meslay du Maine (17km), the Château-Gontier marina for organizing a boat, kayak or bike outing on the Vélo Francette ... Shops in Gennes-Longuefuye, 3km: bakery, bar, grocery store. Then in Château-Gontier, 10km, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, market, shops.

Rate includes electricity and heating, overnight stays and reception room (crockery included).

Sleeps 34 in 10 rooms, including 3 with disabled access (8 pers). Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet.

In the Longère, 44m² reception room with professional kitchen: ventilated fridge cupboard, refrigerator, 1 freezer cupboard, 2 gas stoves for a total of 8 burners, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemakers, cleaning area with sink, dishwasher, hand-washer, several work surfaces. 1 space with washing machine and 1 toilet. Direct access to outside via several doors.
In the barn, the kitchen-dining area features: dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, table and chairs for 8 and TV. Wifi free of charge. In the studio: 2 sofas, TV and kitchenette (sink, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle).
800m² lawn. Parking outside play areas and buildings.
2 boules courts - Garden table and chairs - Garden furniture for 10 people under the 40m² reception tent, 2 charcoal barbecues, 1 brazier (wood extra). 5 hammocks under the trees.
