This 18th-century, 80 m² gîte in the heart of a picturesque hamlet, close to two other gîtes, promises a relaxing stay in the countryside, close to many attractive sites. On the first floor are the living room, kitchen and 1 WC. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Whether hiking or cycling, there are many places to discover around La Chapelle-au-Riboul. The Saint-Loup-du-Gast greenway (18 km), a signposted path, offers views over the surrounding countryside, allowing cyclists to enjoy picturesque landscapes and the serenity of nature. The Jublains archaeological museum (9 km) features Gallo-Roman collections linked to the site. At Lassay-les-Châteaux (16 km), you can admire a fortified castle carefully maintained by its owners, remarkable for its 8 massive towers linked by curtain walls and ramparts. Shops and services at La Chapelle au Riboul (2km), supermarket at Bais (9km).

House on 2 floors with stairs: LEVEL 0: Living room 27m², dining table, TV, sofa bed 140*190 and armchairs, wood-burning stove - Fitted kitchen 23m² (microwave, oven, hood, 4-burner hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher) - Separate WC with washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. LEVEL 1: Bedroom (1) 12m² with bed 140*190, storage space - bathroom with bath, sink, hairdryer, towel dryer and WC.
Baby equipment: cot, booster seat on request, baby bath and bottle warmer available in the gîte.
Small west-facing terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, parasol and garden armchair.
No wifi.
