More than just a fishing lodge, everything is done to make your stay unique! Relax by the water, play a game of pétanque or ping-pong... or laze on the leather sofas in the games and relaxation room (table soccer, TV, library!). The gîte is so spacious that everyone can choose to be alone or together! The setting is pleasant, with its shady lawn, terrace and private 3100m² pond just 200m from the gîte (you can bring your own car) through the orchards. To be in the heart of the Bocage Mayennais is to live in harmony with nature and animals large and small, and to be surprised by squirrels, deer and kingfishers. For children, there's no time to get bored with the little tractors, the kitchen area and its dinette, the portico or, for the older ones, the ping-pong table, badminton and volleyball nets. The Colmont river is 1km away (fishing available with a federal fishing card). What to fish in the pond Carp (up to 8-12kg), perch, roach, tench. Depth: 3.4m at its deepest, fed by 7 springs that ensure the same water level at all times. Shops and services in Ambrières les Vallées (7km) or Gorron, and Mayenne (11km). Bakery in Oisseau 4.6km. For leisure activities, Parc de la Colmont (tree courses, swin golf, etc.) 12.4km away, Parc de Vaux (summer swimming pool, horse-riding, etc.) 7.3km away, and La Haie traversaine (swimming lake, water games, etc.) 11km away. Hikes along the Colmont river and from Brécé. And why not take a day trip to Mont Saint Michel, 1h20 away (76km)! 1 or 2-night stays in low and mid-season, from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm. Note: 2 steps from living room to bedroom corridor.
LEVEL 1 - Bedroom 3: 11m² vanilla with 2 beds 90*190 and cupboard/closet - Bedroom 4: 11m² violet with 2 beds 90*190 and cupboard/closet - 1 shower room with washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer, anti-slip stool, shower - 1 separate WC - a 28m² relaxation and games room (table soccer, library, TV, DVD player) with sofa and armchair, school desk.
