The Moulin de la Rongère is more than just a towpath along the Mayenne, it's a historic residence offering an exceptional setting for living in tune with the river's current. Every window is a window onto water, nature and birds. The Moulin de la Rongère offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 private) / baths (private), ideal for families or groups of friends. Ideal for 5 couples (plus Kids), the mill can accommodate up to 14 people. Share convivial moments on the 3rd level in the large 150 m² living room - dining room - kitchen. This room is lit by a large skylight. Play billiards, board games, paint, read... The little extra: the ideal place to organize themed stays. So make sure you come to the Moulin de la Rongère for your stay in Mayenne! Free parking along the road opposite the Holiday cottage.

The mill stands on the water - Access via a 60cm-wide footbridge through the lock - Entrance to the mill is from level 1, via the front staircase.
LEVEL 1: double bedroom (1) 26m², communicating 2 beds 90*190 and 2 Twin beds 90*200, private shower room/towel dryer/wc - bedroom (2) 12m² 1 bed 140*190, private shower room/towel dryer/wc - living room with kitchenette 15m²- balconies 6m² over the water at each end for aperitif or breakfast!
LEVEL 2: bedroom (3) 19m² 1 bed 140*190 and 1 bed 90*190 - bedroom (4) 26m² 2 beds 90*190 - bedroom (5) 26m² 1 bed 140*190 and 1 bed 90*190, private bathroom and wc 16m²- wc with separate washbasin - landing with ping-pong table 26m².
LEVEL 3: large living room 150m², fitted kitchen, lounge with wifi and TV, board games, billiards - shower room/wc/washing machine. Electric heating and wood stove.
LEVEL 0: waterfront storage room with nautical equipment (1 kayak and some Fishing gear), closed bike storage area (3 electric bike sockets), fridge and water point, charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and mattress, changing mat, WC reducer, high chair and stair gate.
INCLUDED: beds made up - bathroom linen - kitchen linen - electricity and heating - wood.
OPTION : cleaning 150€ (package to be deposited at the entrance if you did not take this package at the time of booking) - 20€ for 1 additional person in folding bed: max number of people = 15 including babies.
Fishing: possibility of fishing on the Mayenne river with a federal fishing card (on sale on the site: https://www.fedepeche53.com/peche-mayenne_reglementation_carte-de-peche.phtml). Pets not allowed.
Stay 1-2 nights weekend: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm

Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, so you don't need to bring anything for the beds.
Remember to bring with you:
- Soap, shampoo, hygiene products, toilet paper.
