Perched on the heights of Saint-Jean-sur-Mayenne, this character farmhouse welcomes you to the heart of peaceful, rolling Countryside... just 10 minutes from Laval. Take advantage of the outside space for your moments of relaxation: lawn, table for your meals, deckchairs and barbecue. The Holiday cottage is on one level (only one step down to the toilet), with a bright 25 m² living room, three bedrooms and six beds (7th possible with supplement). Wine lovers will be delighted: your host, a passionate wine merchant, will introduce you to a fine selection of natural wines and spirits (for a fee, subject to availability). A tasting room and a large workspace with piano are available for seminars or "natural wine discovery" events for up to 20 people. Horses are also welcome: meadow and water point on site (extra charge). Nearby: Hiking trails and bike paths from the Holiday cottage - Fishing spots on the Ernée, accessible from the property via a private pontoon (fishing permit required) - Laval (10 km): château, Jardin de la Perrine, Square de Boston, walks and bike rides on the towpath. Getting around: Pick-up at train station on request - Bus stop 500 m away (Saint-Jean-sur-Mayenne) - Chemin de halage de la Mayenne 1 km away, equipped for cycle touring.
