This holiday cottage is located in the Countryside, 15 km from Fougères, 10 km from Erné ...and 65 km from Mont Saint-Michel! You’ll enjoy a beautiful, private landscaped garden with trees, a large terrace, and a pétanque court bordered by fields and hedges. The holiday cottage features a large living room (60 m²) with a fireplace and an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms—one with its own shower stall—and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 beds measuring 90×190, and one bedroom has 1 bed measuring 160×200. There are 2 separate toilets. Discover the permaculture vegetable garden and the owners’ collection of cacti and succulents. Geese and chickens roam freely in their pens. Just 1 km away, you can also visit the “Jardin Remarquable” at La Pellerine (May through September). Also worth visiting are the Jardin des Renaudies (18 km) at Les Colombiers du Plessis and the municipal Piscine in Ernée (10 km). Shops and services: Ernée, 10 km, or Fougères, 14 km. Chenedet Base de loisirs (kayaking, tree-top adventure course, swimming in the summer…), 13 km away.
