Situated between the listed 11th-century church and the 19th-century château, you're within walking distance of the leisure center with its lake, multi-golf course and hiking trails. To ensure your relaxation, we pay great attention to the quality of our mattresses and box springs, as well as to the orientation of our beds, which face north and east. Welcome with breakfast basket. Personalized advice for your outings. Introduction to ornamental gardening, vegetable gardening and living foods (kefir, sprouted seeds). Your activities? We recommend our best addresses for producers (mohair wool, cheese, bread, vegetables...), restaurants at low and high prices, and our favorites: Pélerine garden, Refuge de l'arche, Château des Arcies, bike ride on the Chemin de Hallage, pedal (or electric) boat day on the Mayenne, Tatin museum, Entrammes Roman site, Saint Cénéré oratory in Saulges... Your accommodation:
Level 0 - Living room with wood-burning stove and kitchen area (39m²) - Italian-style shower room - separate WC - Bedroom 1 with a 140*190 bed
Level 1 - Bedroom 2 with a 90*190 bed and a standard-compliant crib - Bedroom 3 on the mezzanine with two twin beds that can be made into a 180*200 bed on request.

Combined heating: electric with ambient thermostat and wood-burning stove (wood available, chargeable for 1/2 stere consumed - €60 per stere). From November to March: compulsory option: heating deposit 8€/night - at the end of the stay with the meter reading, the excess will be paid to the owner OR reimbursed if not used.
Baby equipment (wooden bed, high chair, changing mat and bathtub).

WIFI available throughout the house and garden, with a terminal in the gîte (supplier Nodoo).

Professional stays of variable duration: two adults can stay in the gîte. Cleaning service required.
Stay 1 to 2 weeks 1 cleaning / stay 3 and 4 weeks 2 cleaning.
Pets not allowed.
