13m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 2-burner electric hob, extractor fan, fridge and freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine), dining area, living room with sofa, coffee table, storage space and 55cm TV - 9m² sleeping area with 2 90*200 twin beds (can be joined together on request) - 3m² shower room with Italian shower, washbasin, hairdryer - separate WC. Wifi (fiber).
South-facing terrace in front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs - Charcoal barbecue - Shared heated Piscine 4mx8m (accessible from May 1 to September 30 - Progressive-bottom pool from 1.20m to 1.60m). Baby equipment: Umbrella bed with mattress, changing mat, chair booster.
Possibility of storing bikes and motorcycles. INCLUDED: beds made up - bathroom linen - kitchen linen - heating - electricity OPTION: end-of-stay cleaning 40€ Professional stay: 2 people max - cleaning compulsory (1 package per stay from 1 to 14 nights) Pets not allowed.

Valoutitou Au calme au milieu de la nature
Propriétaire chaleureuse et douce, à l'image du paysage entourant le gîte. Une merveille ces béliers, brebis et agneaux tout à côté. La rivière en contrebas. Un endroit qui fait du bien, paisible comme nous aimons. Les commodités sont à une poignée de km.
