At the end of the road, in a corner of greenery, a bright, comfortable house decorated in wood, stone and velvety fabrics awaits you. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries or take a break from work. On the ground floor, a vast living room, 1 bedroom and a shower room, upstairs 1 bedroom with a shower room/wc and an office area (with a sofa bed). Marie and Jacques will give you a warm welcome and advise you on your outings. You'll be able to taste kefir on arrival, and leave with the seeds if you feel like it. This quiet little spot awaits you. As soon as spring arrives, it's pleasant to sit outside under the fir tree, listening to the rooster crow and the bells ringing in the distance. Fields of wheat (this year) are just around the corner, Hiking trails pass close by, and Bellebranche wood is just around the corner. The village bakery in Saint Brice is 850m away. Local produce (fruit/vegetables/meat/cheese...) can be found at Alice's 5km away. Between Sablé-sur-Sarthe (10km) and Château-Gontier (22km), you can enjoy the mildness of the Angevine and visit the following sites: Solesmes, the Refuge de l'Arche, the La Flèche Zoo, the Robert Tatin Museum and the Natura 2000 site at Saulges (hiking, climbing and caves). Château - Gontier has a Marina, water sports, a Piscine and a historic center. In Sablé, the baroque arts festival is in full swing in summer. The Sablé - Solesmes golf course is open to beginners and experts alike. Easy access by car from the A11 motorway, or by train on the Paris-Nantes TGV line, with a stop at Sablé sur Sarthe.
