Les Preaux

Les Préaux is a vast house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its 4 suites (bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet) offer exceptional comfort. The 60m² living room and open-plan kitchen contribute to the warm atmosphere of the gîte. Only a few decorative elements are reminiscent of the old school....but the swimming pool, billiard room and large outdoor spaces put everyone at ease! The indoor pool is heated all year round. Dimensions: 3m x 6m, with a depth of 1.2m to 1.6m. Access to the pool is via a secure airlock with shower. For your leisure: 10 min away, the Colmont leisure park (high ropes course, swin golf, water sports, cycling...). Near Carelle, the Renaudies botanical garden, with eco-museum, corn maze, numerous azaleas and hydrangeas, open from April to November 1. Shops: grocery store, bread shop and restaurant in Carelle. Carelle is located in the Mayenne bocage, with rolling countryside alternating between crops and woods. You're at the gateway to Brittany, 30 minutes from Fougères.

The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels. LEVEL 0: kitchen/living room 60m² with 10-person raclette machine, mixer, microwave, Senseo hybrid coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, 4-burner stove - 1 bedroom 20m², 1 bed 140, shower room and wc - Laundry room 19m² - Covered Piscine area 50m². Ground floor and surrounding area fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. LEVEL 1: relaxation area with billiard table 25m² - 1 bedroom 32m² with 4 beds 90*200 - 1 bedroom 27m² with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 - 1 bedroom 24m² with 1 bed 140, 1 baby bed with bars and changing table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower or shower tray and toilet. Tumble dryer. Baby equipment available in the cottage (2 cots, high chair, changing mat). North terrace with Countryside view, and south terrace with village view. Private parking and courtyard. Garden of 1,000 m², garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and games for kids. Wifi, TV, telephone available. Geothermal heating. INCLUDED: bed linen - kitchen linen OPTION: cleaning 120€ - bathroom linen 6€/pers ADDITIONAL: electricity charges on meter reading to be paid to owner at end of stay, pool is heated by heat pump, count between 10 and 35€/day depending on season - additional person 12€ (1 person max) No entry on Sundays.
Weekend stays (1 to 2 nights): arrival 6pm - departure 5pm (check with the owner according to your needs). Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 6pm - departure 10am. The Holiday cottage is close to the owners' house. Pets not allowed.
