Les Petits Poiriers is a Holiday cottage opening onto the terrace and landscaped garden. You'll be delighted by the well-kept outdoor spaces, vegetable garden, chickens and birdsong. The Holiday cottage is all on one level. There's a large living room with TV (60cm screen), a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 4 gas rings, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster). The bedroom has a 140*190 bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. The bathroom has a shower tray and washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. Separate toilet. Possibility of an additional 90*190 bed in a small Mezzanine bed room on the 1st floor (no window). The owners live nearby. They will be happy to help you discover the region. 2 bicycles available on loan. The Holiday cottage is located 500 m from the "voie verte" (greenway) that takes you to the towpath known as the Vélo Francette (Ouistréam to La Rochelle). You can reach Château-Gontier by bike in 2.5km. Château-Gontier is renowned for its flowers, the Refuge de l'arche (animal park with over 1,200 animals, 1st most visited site in Mayenne), the Carré, a national Theater stage at Les Ursulines. Numerous water sports: water skiing, kayaking, electric boats, electric and muscle-assist bicycles... and an aquatic complex. Don't miss the Robert Tatin Museums, and villages of character such as Parné sur Roc and Sainte Suzanne. All around, numerous local producers are ready to welcome you to their farms.

45 m² ground floor: 20m² living room with sofa bed, 60cm TV - 11m² fitted kitchen - shower room - separate toilet - 1 bedroom 9.6m² (1 bed 140). Small mezzanine upstairs (1 x 90cm bed). Washing machine, television, microwave, washing machine, freezer. Bicycles on request. wifi.
Outside - terrace with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, charcoal barbecue.
Price includes: kitchen linen - Beds made on arrival.
Optional: cleaning 45€ (1 package per stay 1 to 14 nights), firewood to be paid directly to the owner.
Baby facilities: high chair - Umbrella bed with mattress - bathtub.
Pets not allowed.
Weekend stays: from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm (to be agreed with the owner).
Weekly stay: arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am.
