At the crossroads of the Ernée and Mayenne rivers, at the junction of the GR36 and GR34, and the Vélo Francette, nestled in a green area in the heart of the village. Each of the four gîtes has its own terrace and small garden. They are set in a large natural area, close to leisure facilities (children's playground), walking trails and the river. The small town of Andouillé offers all the services of a town: a mini-market, two bakeries, restaurants (several levels of catering), a butcher, a pharmacy... Professional stays: 2 adults max. for 1-month reservations, 3 people max. for 4 nights. Compulsory cleaning or cleaning cheque to be deposited (will be returned if the gîte is left clean). 1 cleaning package for 2 weeks.

Your accommodation: LEVEL 0: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, microwave), lounge with TV and sofa (15.5m²) - a bathroom with shower and WC, small towel rail, hairdryer (3m²) - a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and chest of drawers (7.3m²). LEVEL 1 accessible by stairs: a sloping mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 (8.8m² floor area).

Shared Campsites facilities: washing machine - tumble dryer. Tokens can be purchased individually.
Baby equipment on request (baby bed and booster seat).
