The proximity and warm welcome of the owners are a plus for this gite. View of the countryside from the terrace, carport. The spa town of Bagnoles de l'Orne is 9km away, with a casino, acrobatic courses in the trees and a leisure center. Lassay les Châteaux (17km): medieval castle, theater, concerts, rose garden and medieval garden. Neuilly le Vendin (800m): morning bread delivery. All shops and services in Couterne (6km) or Bagnoles de l'Orne (11km). Professional stay: 3 adults maximum - compulsory cleaning fee €60 per stay from 1 to 14 nights, to be paid on arrival if not paid at time of booking. 1 to 2-night weekend stay: arrival 5pm - departure 5pm. For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 5pm - departure 10am.

Semi-detached house on 2 levels, adjoining the owners' discreet home - LEVEL 0: 29m² fully-equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, dishwasher, washing machine) - separate toilet - 4 steps down to dining room and 29m² living room with direct access to terrace.
LEVEL 1: bedroom (1) 16m² with 1 bed 160x200, desk, storage - bedroom (2) 10m² with 2 beds 90x190, storage - shower room with shower, towel dryer, double washbasin - separate toilet - another room 5m² with sofa bed 140x190, storage.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed - high chair - booster seat - dining set - changing mat - footboard - bathtub - stair gate.
Terrace with charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs. Garden with orchard.
INCLUDED : beds made - electricity up to 8kWh/d
OPTION: bathroom linen 3€/person - cleaning 60€/stay from 1 to 14 nights (mandatory for professionals) - electricity according to meter reading, over 8kwh to be paid on departure - on request 2 extra people max (15€/person/night).
Wifi: reception between 5 and 21 Mb/s - sending between 4 and 22Mb/s depending on the room (non-contractual information).

Alan & Elaine A second stay in this peaceful gite
This was our second stay in Les Galinettes. We chose the property as it was close to a relative in a nearby village and on both visits it has been a very comfortable, spacious and peaceful place to stay. The property has a high standard of cleanliness and is well equipped for cooking. Mme Garnier was very welcoming and helpful, including providing the garden furniture so we could sit outside in the very early warm weather in April. We appreciated her kindness. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone seeking a quiet place to stay in the countryside.

MC et Gerard Excellent gîte
Deuxième séjour de trois semaines, en septembre pour nous. Gité à 10 mn de Bagnoles de l'Orne, idéal pour des curistes. Maison tout confort, lumineuse, très bien équipée, très propre, au calme, dans un grand espace de verdure : nous sommes comme à la maison ! Profitons des extérieurs selon la météo, pluvieuse cette année (comme partout) ; les Gallinettes apprécient nos visites et nos épluchures !
Propriétaire accueillante, attentive au moindre détail.

Les chtis auvergnats à la recherche d'un nid !!! Un nid aussi confortable et douillet que les ailes d'une poule !!!
