Stay in the grounds of the Manoir de Chantepie, in a well-appointed home, on your own or with your family. It's the perfect place to take a break and recharge your batteries. The tall trees, the boxwood-ringed plots, the pond - everything inspires tranquility. The Holiday cottage is housed in a completely renovated building, with a terrace, grassy plots and boxwood lanes all along the west-facing facade. Sunrise from the terrace and sunset in the courtyard. The living room opens onto the terrace via a large window, and features an open fireplace to warm the atmosphere in the winter and shoulder seasons. Both bedrooms have 90*200 twin beds. To keep the family busy and entertained, the 65m² gaming room features a lounge, ping-pong table, games, Mölkky and, in season, the heated outdoor swimming pool (May to September). Shops: grocery store in Ballée, 5km, or Chez Alice, organic grocery store and local produce, 11km. All services: Sablé sur Sarthe, 13km. For your leisure activities, Sablé sur Sarthe offers an aquatic center, a beautiful golf course and a water sports center with kayak rental (April-June and Sept-Oct.). If you're a fan of the Le Mans 24-hour race circuits, Chantepie is just 45 minutes away. And if you have motorcycles or cars, you can store them in the courtyard or garage (1 car garage / several motorcycles). From Épineux le Seguin or Val du Maine (new commune), visit the Saulges caves, prehistory museum, caves, restaurant, Hiking, Château-Gontier, museum, Marina with Boat and bike rentals, aquatic and Wellbeing area, Refuge de l'arche (animal sanctuary). And why not go as far as Angers, 1 hour away, the city of King René d'Anjou, to discover its art museums, château, gardens and Botanica amusement park. Near the gîte, 2 km away, find out about the program of the Château de Linières (closed in winter), and the visiting periods of the Château de Varennes l'Kids.
