The two spacious bedrooms offer comfort and rest: each with a 160 cm double bed, and one with a 90 cm single bed. Wine lovers, you've come to the right place! Your host, a passionate wine merchant, will introduce you to carefully selected natural wines and spirits (subject to availability, service subject to charge). Possibility of organizing a seminar or "natural wine discovery" event (tasting room and large workroom, piano - up to 20 people). Horses welcome: water and pasture on site (extra charge). Nearby: Hiking and biking trails and fishing spots on the Ernée River, accessible from the property via a private pontoon (fishing permit required) - Laval (10km): this dynamic city offers: Le Château de Laval, a medieval fortress with panoramic views, Le Musée d'Art Naïf, dedicated to Douanier Rousseau, Le port fluvial et ses quais animés - Saulges (20km): a fascinating prehistoric site with ornate caves.
