Livet is just 8 km from the Paris/Rennes freeway, Vaiges exit, 7 km from Sainte Suzanne and 7 km from Evron with its abbey. All shops and services in Evron. 50 m from the Holiday cottage, a 7400m² public lake with picnic tables and fishing (trout, whitefish, predators) from March to September with a federal fishing card (available on the FFP website).
