Treat yourself to a getaway in the countryside at this charming detached house set on enclosed grounds. Here, you’ll find peace, nature, and a warm, friendly atmosphere! Kids will love being so close to the farm and can go see the heifers with the owners’ permission. Between the above-ground pool (4x4 m, depth 0.90 m, open June 15–September 15, unheated and uncovered), the ping-pong table, the swing, the sandbox, and the scooters, there’s no way to get bored! As for comfort, the house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. In winter, enjoy the warmth of the pellet stove. In summer, settle in on the terrace with its patio furniture to savor a cocktail overlooking the fruit garden and the lush green surroundings. Nearby: Château-Gontier (8 km): historic center, Refuge de l’Arche, Marina, boat rental, bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, water park… - Cossé-le-Vivien (15 km): the famous Robert Tatin Museum and its impressive open-air sculptures - Craon (16 km): castle and park, Water Park with slides, equestrian center.
