If you're looking to unwind in the heart of nature, why not take advantage of this corner of paradise in the heart of the Mayenne countryside: peace and quiet, birdsong, a heated swimming pool and a vast garden promise a rejuvenating stay. This warm family home, decorated with souvenirs from travels all over the world, offers an authentic atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Outside, the 7,500 m² grounds combine wooded areas, varied vegetation and fruit trees. The heated swimming pool (10x4 m), open from mid-May to October, offers a beautiful view over the Countryside. There are two terraces where you can soak up the sun: one to the south by the Piscine, the other to the west with a stone barbecue. Kids will love visiting the two sheep in the meadow, always ready to welcome a few curious glances. Nearby: horse-riding courses in Saint-Loup-du-Dorat (3 km) - Azuréo aquatic complex and SwinGolf Club in Meslay-du-Maine (15 km) - signposted Hiking trails - Château des Arcis and its garden (11km) - Château-Gontier (29km): parks, Marina (daily boat rental on the Mayenne, bicycles including electric bikes for towing) and Refuge de l'Arche. Close to Anjou, discover the Loire Valley with its wines and castles! Shops and services: Chez Alice organic and local grocery store (2km), bakery in Ballée (3km), Meslay-du-Maine (15km). No parties to preserve the site and neighborhood.

OPTIONAL: Cleaning service €100 (required for business travelers; flat rate for stays of 1 to 14 nights). If you do not select the cleaning option but wish to have it, payment will be requested upon arrival and refunded upon departure if the property is left clean.
Please take special care with the robotic lawn mower and when using the pool (roller shade and maintenance).
The holiday cottage is suitable for kids who can swim; if not, please bring your own safety equipment (arm floats, swim rings, etc.). Kids must remain under the full supervision of an adult at all times.
Weekend stays of 1 or 2 nights: check-in at 4:00 PM – check-out at 4:00 PM
Stays of 3 nights or more: check-in at 4:00 PM – check-out at 10:00 AM.
