Holiday cottage in a former lodge, close to Hiking trails in the Ernée valley, near Laval (10km). This Group holiday cottages offers, on the ground floor, a reception room for 70 people with a simple adjoining kitchen area and, on the first floor, 5 dormitory-style bedrooms with 18 beds 90*190cm, 4 WCs and 5 showers. Reservations possible for one night or more. Possibility of overnight stays during the week (€20/night/person for a single night, €2/night for several nights, sheets included). The site offers group and individual riding courses during the school vacations, with or without accommodation, for beginners to advanced riders aged 3 and over. The site is also ideal for leisure center courses. The riding center is FFE-certified. Equestrian activities, nature archery course (Forest). You'll be enchanted by this 100-hectare private estate, including 10 hectares of Forest, a river fishing course and a private pond. All activities must be booked in advance. Additional games close to the Holiday cottage: outdoor playground, slack-line, pétanque court and garden furniture.

The Holiday cottage is on the ground floor of a 90m² room with a kitchen area including fridge oven, small freezer, 5 gas rings, crockery. Floor: (1) blue bedroom 17.5m² with 4 single beds, including 2 Bunk beds, with its own shower and separate toilet - (2) pink bedroom 18.5m² with 4 single beds, including 2 bunk beds, 1 washbasin, and its own shower and separate toilet - (3) Green room 26m² with 6 bunk beds and 3 washbasins, Mezzanine bed: 2 rooms with 2 beds each (6.3m² each at 1.8m ceiling height), with access from the corridor opposite, 3 showers, 2 toilets and 2 separate urinals.
Rates include heating, electricity and bed linen. Cleaning is the responsibility of the occupants.
Internet access and mobile network via 4G.
Not included: household linen - towels - cleaning.
The site is also a horse boarding facility. Pets not allowed.
On arrival: equipment deposit cheque 600€ and cleaning guarantee cheque 300€. Both will be returned to you following a satisfactory inventory of fixtures.
