Le Pré des îles offers an exceptional setting for fishing and relaxing. Ideal for families or groups of friends, with facilities fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (fishing pontoon, entire ground floor with bedroom and bathroom (Italian shower, adapted toilet). The setting is green and natural! You'll be able to watch the animals, squirrels, deer, rabbits... listen to the birds singing! Experience the pleasure of putting down your rod and watching over it in the comfort of your own home! To complete your fishing, you also have access to the Futaie, a category 1 river with trout (please bring your fishing card). The pond is private, approx. 600m² in size and 80 cm deep. Fish: carp (6-7kg), tench, roach and a few pike. As for the Holiday cottage, you'll appreciate its spacious living areas and bedrooms. Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room with TV (35m²) opening onto the sheltered terrace (46m²) and winter garden (17m²). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), shower room with large walk-in shower and accessible toilet. 1st floor: mezzanine with lounge and TV 33m², 1 bedroom 18m² with 1 bed 160*190 and its shower room with shower cubicle, 1 bedroom 23m² with 2 beds 90*190, a study, independent wc, independent bathroom.
