Just 10 minutes from Laval, this detached house is a perfect pied-à-terre in the Countryside to kick-start your visits! Laval is a city of art and history, with many events (Les Lumières, trail routes, gardens...). The Holiday cottage has a plot of 1600m², located on a working farm (cereals) in a landscaped environment. The living rooms are on the first floor and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The 2300m² private Lake (50m from the gîte) is ideal for fishing for carp, roach, trout and pike. River 400 m away. Fishing room with fridge. The Lake is a pleasant green setting in which to relax. Petanque court available. In the small City of Bonchamp-les-Lavals, all shops and services, including a richly programmed theater, 3km away.

The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels - Access via an outside staircase - LEVEL 0: kitchen area opening onto the living room 36m² - shower room 5m² - separate WC.
LEVEL 1 : 1bedroom 13m² with 3 beds 90x190 - 1bedroom 10m² with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190.

OPTION : cleaning 60€ per stay from 1 to 14 nights.
ADDITIONAL: €10/night from October 15 to March 31, if higher consumption, to be paid according to meter reading to owner at end of stay (gas central heating).
