Welcome to Marie-France's large, bright house, complemented by its remarkable 2,000m² garden. Close to the village of Martiné sur Mayenne and the N162, on the Laval-Mayenne axis. In Martigné you have access to shops: bakery, mini-market, bar-restaurant-pizzeria "Le réconfort" (open Sunday evening), bank, post office, doctors and pharmacy. Le Petit Ardrier is 4km from the Vélo Francette, the Mayenne towpath. Exit at Montgiroux lock. Rates include overnight stay, breakfast, beds made up, cleaning and utilities. Arrival possible from 12 noon.

At Le Petit Ardrier, you'll find two carefully and delicately decorated bedrooms:
On the ground floor, the chambre du Jardin, 17m², with 1 bed 140x190, private wc and shower room, 7m².
On the 1st floor, a 39m² bedroom, with 1 bed 160*200, and 2 beds 90*190, its toilet and private shower room with shower cubicle, 12m².
Breakfast is served on the veranda, with a magnificent view over the English-style garden, with its varied and colorful vegetation in every season.
Private parking.
No baby facilities.
Pets welcome.

Theodo 3 jours très agréables chez Mme Mallecot
Arrivée retardée très bien gérée par la propriétaire, très accueillante et aidante.
Chambre spacieuse et bien décorée.
Petit-déjeuner continental avec des viennoiseries locales de qualité servi dans la veranda très cosy de la maison de l'hôtesse avec vue sur un jardin anglais "so british".
Petit bémol, la maison se situe tout près d'un rond-point sur la voie de contournement du village : pas de problème le week-end et la nuit. Un peu moins calme la semaine en journée.- Cleanliness

Phil R Great host with well thought out apartment with good amenaties
The bedroom was spacious and quiet, as well as cool despite the hot days.
The breakfast was just what we needed and available at an agreed time
The garden was lovely and great for a glass of wine in the eenning
The host was very forendly and helpful
You do need to like cats as the host has a few but they stayed out of the way
We used it as a base for a visti to the Chateau de la Motte Husson and it was perfect- Cleanliness
