5 km from Laval, in the park of Château du Ricoudet (5 ha), come and recharge your batteries in a charming 19th century 120 m² bungalow, completely renovated and totally independent. Situated on the banks of the Mayenne, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Many activities are possible on site thanks to access to the Château's grounds: private tennis court, canoe landing stage, fishing spots, mountain biking, .... The Mayenne River flows through the park. The 27-hole Golf de Laval is 5 minutes away.

Geneviève's Holiday cottage comprises, on the first floor, a kitchen opening onto the living room with fireplace (42m²), a dining area (14m²), a shower room and a separate toilet. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, two for 2 people each with 1 bed 140*190 (17m² and 9.5m²), and a 14m² bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 people (i.e. 4 beds 90*190); a mezzanine landing and a bathroom with integrated WC. Options: cleaning 50€/stay, or 50€ for 2 weeks. The house is surrounded by terraces and gardens. The largest terrace faces southwest. A barbecue is available for use by holidaymakers, and you can make use of all the château's grounds (Tennis court, canoeing, Fishing, etc.). Tourist tax payable to the owner on arrival: 1€/night/adult Electric vehicle: dedicated, secure Green Up-type socket available. Electricity: charges payable to the owner on meter reading (> 8kWh/day). Pets allowed.
