Le Moulin du Bas Coudray

Le Bas Coudray is a group gîte in an old mill, with the wheel and the water flowing through it. The site, with its 1ha wooded park, bandstand, open-air stage and swimming pool, is the ideal setting for your parties and weddings. The rooms are designed for 75 people, with a barnum to increase capacity to 120. The 8 bedrooms are divided between 2 buildings: in the mill, on the 1st and 2nd floors, 6 bedrooms, 6 shower rooms and toilets, with 23 single beds, and in the little house, 1 bedroom and a shower room equipped for people with reduced mobility on the first floor and 2 beds 140*190 on the mezzanine (the little house is extra). The reception rooms are varied: a room with fireplace insert 47.5m², a communicating room 28m², a wooden room 48m² extended by a barnum 48m². Possibility of an additional marquee for receptions. Professional kitchen, 20m², with sanitary facilities for the caterer. Option: refrigerated trailer. Bread oven for baking pizzas or a suckling pig. Barbecue. On-site activities: pétanque, volleyball and soccer pitches. Heated, semi-covered swimming pool (10m x 5m), generally available from May to late September. Fully secured pool.

WC on each landing. - In the small house - optional rate - equipped for PMR: 1 ground-floor bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 shower room; additional room upstairs: 2 beds 140*190.
