Le Moulin de Gratte Sac is a 2.5-hectare estate featuring a large single-story house* with 3 bedrooms (ranging from 9 to 12 m²), a spacious living room (22 m²) with a fireplace (insert), a kitchen/dining room (31 m²), a bathroom, a shower room, and 2 toilets. Each room opens onto a terrace via a French door or a floor-to-ceiling window. The large southeast-facing terrace offers a view of the entire natural landscape—truly enchanting! Are you a fisherman? The lake is teeming with fish: roach, perch, carp, pike… and trout in the Erve River. A fishing chalet equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, and basic fishing gear is located between the river and the pond. Looking for things to do? You’re close to the historic town of Sainte-Suzanne (castle, park, museum, shops, restaurants, and beautiful hiking trails) - Evron, 6 km away (basilica with renowned concerts, shops, markets, and restaurants) - Saulges, with its prehistoric-themed caves (hiking, rock climbing, museums, restaurants). And access to 6 km of bike paths... The owners will be happy to guide you based on your interests. Business stays: Maximum 6 people—mandatory cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights.

A large shed is available for your use, equipped with a ping-pong table, bicycles of all sizes, and a paved area for playing pétanque. The shed can accommodate several vehicles (including RVs).
