In the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, the Holiday cottage du Moulin welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting. To get there, leave the road and follow the Sarthon, a charming river flowing into the Sarthe, for 200 meters. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Nearby, discover Mont des Avaloirs and the Normandie-Maine Regional Nature Park. You're at the crossroads of the Mayenne, Sarthe and Orne rivers, in a remarkable environment. The Domaine de Trotté, a communal site open to the public, offers direct access to numerous Hiking trails. The village of Saint-Pierre-des-Nids, 4 km away, offers a full range of shops. Leisure activities: Base de loisirs and canoeing at Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei (just over 1 km away), outdoor activities at Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (accrobranche, etc.). Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei is classified as one of France's most beautiful villages. Fishing is possible in the Sarthon (1st category river, card required). A hiking trail passes in front of the Holiday cottage. LEVEL 1: shower room (3.2m²): shower, washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer, washing machine - separate WC - bedroom 1 (10m²): 1 bed 140*190, chest of drawers - bedroom 2 (10m²): 2 beds 90*200, closet - bedroom 3 (10m²): 2 beds 90*200, closet.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair.
Outside: enclosed grounds, dining table, deckchairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue.
Parking space 80m from Holiday cottage.

Dommage que l.´amenagement ne soit pas à la hauteur ….piece principale avec cheminée ,dommage qu’il n’y ait aucun fauteuil pour en profiter ! ,très sombre mériterait autre éclairage
Cuisine vétuste avec gaziniere antique ,peu de rangements ,machine à laver avec hublot serait préférable de façon à récupérer comme rangement le dessus
Salle de bains à revoir avec tablettes pour poser shampoing ,produit douche …
Rangements dans les chambres valables …mais ni tables de chevet ,ni lampes ….
Pour le manque d’internet on peut s’adapter ,mais le manque de connexion téléphonique plus ennuyeux- Cleanliness

Le gîte est situé dans un cadeau très agréable. Il mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Peintures du séjour et de la cuisine ainsi que la salle d'eau.

Guillaume Un gîte charmant parfait pour la période estivale
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : le moulin se situe au pied de la Sarthe, dans un cadre ombragé, calme et bien frais (très appréciable en été, sans doute un peu moins en automne/hiver). Il y a du passage devant le moulin car c'est un chemin de balade/randonnée, mais rien d'invasif ! De nombreuses activités nature se trouvent aux alentours du site : randonnée, canoë, accrobranche, cheval... Le gîte est bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pratique (matériel de cuisine, condiments de base, produits lave-vaisselle &co), nous n'avons manqué de rien durant ces 15 jours.

Roland Historische Wassermühle in einem idyllischen Flusstal
Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Sarthe, umgeben von Wäldern und abseits der Straßen, sehr ruhig, keinerlei Autolärm, lediglich ein Wanderweg führt am Ferienhaus vorbei. Schöner, schattiger Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und großem, neuem Sonnenschirm und BBQ, funktionale Ausstattung (incl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler), recht geräumig, sauber und gemütlich, sogar mit großem Kamin; es fehlen allerdings Steh- oder Tischlampen; es gibt gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten (Jalousien in allen Zimmern), Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Zufahrt an einer Stelle etwas schmal, aber insgesamt unproblematisch.
Zum schönen Dorf Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei kann man zu Fuß gehen, dort gibt es Restaurants; Bäckereien gibt es im Nachbarort Saint-Pierre-des-Nids (wenige Minuten mit dem Auto); hübsche Wanderwege direkt vom Ferienhaus aus und auch in der näheren Umgebung (besonders schön: Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto)- Cleanliness
