Chéméré-le-Roi is a small village in the Mayenne region, with a rich historic center around the church, narrow streets and houses of marble stone and ochre rendering. This small gîte, on the 1st floor of a 19th century house, offers a charming rustic atmosphere. You're at the gateway to the Sarthe region, 20 min from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, or 30 min from both Laval and Château-Gontier in Mayenne. For your leisure activities, the Coëvrons hiking trails offer an area of unspoilt nature, a prehistoric site, the Saulges caves: a museum with a very modern scenography, Aurochs cows graze in the meadows, as well as Ouessans sheep. There's no shortage of cultural and architectural sights in this Mayenne region. For your shopping needs, Meslay-du-Maine is just 10 minutes away, with supermarkets, banks and convenience stores. In Chéméré, bread is available every day from the boîte à Baguette in the town hall square.

Shower room with shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Mezzanine: small office (2.9m² with 1.8m ceiling).
