An invitation to reconnect and relax! In this beautifully renovated farmhouse, adjoining the owner's home, every room overlooks the lush Countryside. Ideal for nature lovers, private outdoor spaces with no overlooking, large landscaped lawns, woods, pastures with horses and undergrowth footpaths running around the property. A natural, private 15,000m² pond is 60m from the house and offers recreational fishing. Two fishing zones (2 to 3 lines each), no-kill and rowing available. The pond is well stocked with common carp, roach and tench. The carp are not fed, so don't expect fish over 5-7 kgs, but the pond offers lots of fun and interesting fishing - a real plus for the Holiday cottage! Shops and services 4.7km away: Loiron-Ruillé. The Holiday cottage is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don't miss Laval, with its castle and naive art museum. Vitré: its castle and half-timbered houses. The "petites cités de caractères": Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, Sainte-Suzanne or the "Base de loisirs de la Rincerie", ideal for water sports or relaxing outings. Susan, the owner, will give you a warm welcome and advise you on the best way to discover the region.
