Imposing and full of character, it gives its name to the Holiday cottage. Continue along the driveway to the little house at the end of the estate: this is where your interlude with nature begins. Behind the Holiday cottage, the Bois de la Vannerie offers a haven of greenery and serenity, while a farmyard brings life to the property. Welcome to the Countryside! Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room by the fireplace, and a tastefully decorated country cottage. Upstairs, a cosy mezzanine bedroom with en-suite shower room completes this cocoon ideal for a getaway for two. Nearby: L'Etang de la Vannerie (100m): ideal for walking and fishing (fishing permit required), with path, playgrounds and picnic tables - Echologia (1km): unique park set on former lime quarries, combining heritage, nature and ecology (opens at certain times of year) - Laval (9km): enjoy the towpath along the Mayenne for walking or cycling. Shops and services in Louverné (2.5km).

Level 0 :
Living room with lounge and fitted kitchen (24m²): gas stove with oven and 4-burner gas hob, hood, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender, washing machine - separate WC.
Level 1:
Mezzanine bed (18m²): 1 bed 140*190, secretary and chair for Telework - Shower room (2.4m² floor space): shower 0.8*1m, fan-assisted towel dryer, hairdryer.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed with mattress, changing mat, high chair, booster seat.
Exterior: charcoal barbecue, garden table and chairs, parasol, gate at entrance, enclosed garden, farmyard in front of Holiday cottage.
Parking: private courtyard.
Heating: wood-burning stove (wood supplied).
Wifi in accommodation.
INCLUDES: beds made, household linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
EXTRA CHARGES: Professional cleaning 50€ (compulsory for professional stays, fixed price from 1 to 14 nights) - Electric vehicle terminal (for information 75 kWh = 10 €, to be paid to the owner).
1 to 2-night weekend stay: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm.
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.
