The Cormier holiday cottage is exceptional in terms of its size, amenities, and surroundings. And for entertainment, take your pick: board games, foosball, a ping-pong table, or even a beautiful 4,150 m² Fishing pond (carp ~6 kg, pike, and roach). The holiday cottage is located on the second site of an active farm, where there is a building opening onto pastures with heifers and pregnant cows. Your closest neighbors are the cattle in winter... come spring, they head out to the fields. From the holiday cottage, you can go hiking and mountain biking. From the terrace and the bedrooms, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding Countryside and the pond. Watch the wild ducks! Saint Aubin du Désert is 13 km from Saint Léonard des Bois, and other activity spots in the Alpes Mancelles region such as Saint Cénéri-le-Gerei and Sillé-le-Guillaume. Activities: tree-top adventure courses, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, swimming. All shops and services are in Villaines-la-Juhel, 10 km away. Let the owners guide you to discover local producers of vegetables, bread, honey... and plan your outings. Business stay: 6 people - Mandatory cleaning fee of €90 per stay of 1 to 14 nights. 1–2 night weekend stays: check-in at 5 PM – check-out at 5 PM. Stays of 3 nights or more: check-in at 5 PM – check-out at 10 AM.
