Situated between the valleys of the Sarthe and Mayenne rivers, Cottage Seguin is an ideal base from which to discover the towns of Sainte Suzanne, Saulges, Asnière-sur-Vègre and Solesmes. Cottage Seguin is also a very comfortable and tastefully decorated Holiday cottage. We've thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant and wellbeing as possible. The rooms are bright and airy, and the veranda lets you enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. There's a large garden with fruit trees (cherry, pear, hazelnut...) and a dining area in the courtyard. Whether you're staying alone or with a partner, each of the 2 bedrooms has its own shower room. All-inclusive. The nearest shops are in Ballé, 5km away (bakery, mini-market and restaurant). A grocery store selling local produce, "Chez Alice", is 10km away. On Fridays, an organic creamery 4km away and Séquoia, pasta and flour in Epineux. All shops and services in Sablé sur Sarthe (12km). The owners will guide you on your outings according to your tastes: culture, heritage, Hiking... Discover cultural events at Château de Linière and visit the famous La Flèche Zoo (30 min). 4km away is the Saulges cave valley, a Natura 2000 site. Weekend stay: arrival 4pm, departure 4pm Stay for 2 nights or more: arrival 4pm, departure 11am.

Accommodation, self-contained, all on first floor - Living room 31m² comprising kitchen area (dishwasher, small appliances, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer), dining area and lounge. In cold weather: programmable pellet stove / in summer: air freshener - Veranda 11m² equipped for breakfast - Bedroom 1, 8m², with 1 bed 140x190, storage - Shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and hairdryer and wc - Bedroom 2, 14m², with 1 bed 160*200 and private shower room with shower and washbasin. Television - Wifi. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, step stool.
Wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchair, bench, charcoal barbecue - Courtyard also fitted out as a dining area. Private garden with trees and flowers, surrounded by stone walls (not enclosed at the bottom of the garden). INCLUDED: beds made - bathroom linen - kitchen linen - groceries - end-of-stay cleaning - pellet. For professional stays, compulsory cleaning 50€ (1 cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights). Pets not admitted.
