Le Chaussis is a large, charming 5-bedroom house, fully renovated in 2022, set in a hectare of wooded parkland, adjacent to a 7,000m² private lake regularly stocked with tench, roach, carp and pike. Ideal for getting together with family or friends. Fishing friends, you're welcome! You'll love the wooded grounds and the south-facing terrace overlooking the pond. To keep you busy, there are plenty of games to share with adults and Kids alike: petanque pitch - badminton - kids' swing - shuffleboard - mölkky... and of course all the furniture you need to relax and enjoy meals outside: garden furniture - sun loungers - barbecue. Shops: all shops in the center of Aron, 1.5km away. City center of Mayenne is 5km away. Hiking opportunities nearby. Access to the Mayenne towpath, the Vélo Francette (Normandy to La Rochelle) 5km away. Base de loisirs d'eau, May'N Loisirs à la Haie-Traversaine, 10km: Wibit inflatable water course, paddle, giant paddle, single-seater kayak and family kayak, pedalos, aquatic pool, beach and swimming. Near Jublains (Gallo-Roman city), Mayenne (Château and museum), Ste Suzanne (medieval city and "petite cité de caractère") or the Saulges caves (Prehistory Museum, rock climbing), the Aron region is packed with historic sites. Don't miss Fontaine Daniel (home of Toiles de Mayenne). All these sites offer a rich program of events, including shows and concerts, to help you discover the area in a different way. The price of the stay includes household linen - towels - beds made on arrival - heating charges (electricity with threshold of 15 kWh/day) - wood for the stove.
