L'Augis de la Rincerie is a little treasure, combining natural materials such as wood, stone and earth, to offer you a relaxing stay. The rooms are large and bright, with soft colors. Its 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms are ideal for 2 or 3 couples, with or without children. The gîte is located on the edge of the Rincerie leisure park, beyond the wake-park. It's a protected natural site, ideal for observing nature. You can reach the leisure center by a footpath and enjoy all its activities: swimming, fishing, cycling, swingolf, mini-golf, sailing, canoeing, pedal-boating, children's games, and of course the wake park (or waterski lift). Shops are 8km away in Craon or Ballots. Nearly daily markets in the surrounding villages. Restaurants, château and aquatic center in Craon. For cycling, you can join the voie verte leading to Laval, and the Vélofrancette. Don't miss the Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé-le-Vivien, with its monumental sculptures. La Selle-Craonnaise is at the gateway to Anjou and Brittany (18km from La Guerche de Bretagne).

The gîte is on one level, with spacious living areas.
Designed for people with reduced mobility, it offers comfortable facilities.
You enter through the 55m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, pellet stove and dining area. The wide hallway leads to a separate toilet, a large shower room designed for PRM: Italian shower, washbasin without vanity unit, shower stool, high toilet with grab bar and 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom (14m²) has a 140*190cm bed, cupboard space and baby equipment, the 2nd has 3 single beds (80*190), with the option of 1 bed (160*190), and the 3rd has its own shower room and two twin beds (160/190) or 2 beds (80*190).
The living room opens onto the terrace and an unfenced garden area: table and chairs, barbecue, chiliennes.
Wifi Internet access throughout. Washing machine and freezer.
Included : beds made on arrival - kitchen linen - electricity up to 8 kWh/day.
Optional: cleaning 65€ per stay from 1 to 14 nights - bathroom linen 6€/person - bag of pellets (cost of purchase) - electricity on meter reading over 8kWh/day.
Heating and electricity: pellet stove, self-consuming solar panels and electric radiators in bedrooms.
Baby equipment: high chair, cot, changing table and bathtub. Please let us know so that everything can be installed.
