If you're a fisherman, you'll appreciate the 8-hectare private pond outside the property (70m), with confidential but not private access. You can fish for roach, carp, perch, pike and eel. Fishing card available. The pond is a no-kill zone, offering plenty of space for long casts. You can also use the rowing boat to ply the water. A fishing cabin is available, as well as an outdoor sink, barbecue, garden furniture and recliners. DISCOUNT: if rented for more than a week, -10% for 2 consecutive weeks. If you'd like to get away with family or friends, the property is set in a magnificent wooded setting. Holiday cottage on 2 floors - LEVEL 0 - a large living-dining room (36m²) with a fully-equipped kitchen area featuring dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, oven, induction hob, plancha. A living-dining area with 110cm Orange TV, sofa and armchairs. Separate WC in a very spacious shower room (L. linen).
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one 17m², 1 bed 160*200, large cupboards and a washbasin/WC area. The 2nd bedroom, 9m², 2 Twin beds 80*190cm with desk, armchair and Telework plugs.

Electric heating with programmable cast-iron inertia radiators. Tariff includes cleaning, bed linen, towels, tea towels and 8 kwh/day electricity (beyond this, extra charge to be paid on meter reading to owner).
