The Holiday cottage is on one level, but with a small step at the entrance and to the terrace. The living room is spacious, with a dining area and a sitting area, with the option of sleeping in a 90*190 trundle bed. The bedroom has a 160*200 bed and a private, independent toilet - washbasin and bidet. The kitchen opens directly onto the east-facing terrace. 1.6 km from all shops and services in the village of Ambrières-les-Vallées. A restaurant is just 500 m away, and from the Holiday cottage you can go Hiking. Fishing on the Mayenne and Varenne rivers, 1km away (federal fishing card required): pike, tench, carp and whitefish. For your leisure activities, the Vélo Francette greenway (Ousitréam to La Rochelle) is 500m away, the Parc de Vaux (summer Piscine, mini-golf, Hiking) and the Haie Traversaine Base de loisirs are 5.6km (water-based activities) and the Base de loisirs la Colmont is 17km away (laser game, paint ball, tree climbing, etc.) The Vélo Francette greenway is 500m away, so don't hesitate to take your bikes and head for Mayenne. You'll be warmly welcomed by the owners, who'll be happy to advise you on local producers and places to visit.
