Let yourself go on the swing hanging from the trees, or slide down the small zip-line (children). Designed for 8 people, the first floor is given over to living areas, kitchen and living room, as well as a bedroom with private shower room and toilet. This level has been designed for people with reduced mobility: access to the terrace via a ramp, with no steps between the living areas. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. A total of 4 beds 90*190 (including 1 folding bed) and 3 beds 140*190. The wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth between seasons and in winter (wood included). Long overhanging terrace with garden furniture and garage with ping-pong table. From 15/4 to 15/10, access to the swimming pool adjoining the owners' house and the 3 guest rooms, covered and heated. Just 80m from the gîte. Schedule according to site occupation. Fishermen enjoy a 4100m² main pond with a boat and 3 other ponds. Stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eel and catfish. Water all year round. Pond shared with guests in rooms and cabins. The surrounding countryside is hilly and wooded. Numerous hiking trails. Discover the leisure center at Sillé plage (17km), Sainte Suzanne (21km), Petite cité de caractère, Petites cités de caractères: Sainte Suzanne (21km) or Jublains (19km), Gallo-Roman site and designer boutiques. For groups, the site can accommodate up to 23 people (with children). 2 tree houses, the Nid dans le chêne over 7m high for 2 people (H53G015752) and the Tree House (H53H010945) for up to 5 people, max. 2 adults and 3 young children. Also 3 chambres d'hôtes (H53H010941) for up to 8 people. Professional stays: 4 people maximum - 1 compulsory cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights. Weekend stay: arrival Friday 4pm - departure Sunday 4pm. For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.

Access to the Piscine, adjoining the owners' house and Bed and breakfast. Covered and heated from April 15 to October 15, 6.5m x 3.25m, 1.2 to 1.5m deep (for 2026: 11/04/26 to 17/10/26).
