Stone and wood add their warm touch, the decoration is meticulous and the equipment is chosen for its comfort and quality. A sheltered, walled terrace for meals and games in complete tranquillity. All that's left to do is agree on the brazier or gas plancha! Plus: wine cellar, bouquets of flowers or drive-through delivery (extra charge). A private, heated spa/balneo will soon be installed under the outdoor patio for a relaxing, Wellbeing atmosphere. Shops: on site bar-tabac and bread shop, Haut Anjou cheese shop on the outskirts of the village - 5km from all shops and train station at Morannes - 8km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe (including TGV station). Hiking trails from the village, on foot or by bike (bikes available for hire). Discover Château-Gontier with its historic center, gardens and port, Angers (43km) with its historic center, castle and Museums, and Botanica. The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels, with a walled terrace. LEVEL 0 - Kitchen opening onto dining room (39m²) with pellet stove, fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Senseo filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, wine cellar, blender, fondue machine, pierrade and raclette, crêpe party - Living room (19.7m²) with TV, sofas - Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towel dryer.
LEVEL 1 - Corridor with desk and RJ45 socket - Bedroom 1 (14m²) with 3 Twin beds, storage - Bedroom 2 (12.6m²) with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x200, storage - Bedroom 3 with dressing room (13.4m²) 1 bed 160x200, dressing table - Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, wc, washing machine and tumble dryer.
