Stay at La Pichardière and discover the Coëvrons, a land of nature and heritage, ideal for hiking, mountain biking and even trail running. The gîte is 250m from the Fenderie site, with its landscaped pond (walks, children's games - fishing: March to December) and the gastronomic restaurant of the same name for a taste of local flavors. Le gîte de la Pichardière is a house that makes the most of redesigned furniture, woodwork and the original insertion of objects. Everything is designed to welcome families with children: cots, drawing desks, horses and chickens nearby! The first floor offers a large 43m² living space, complemented by a 16m² relaxation area with its former bed and offices. The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs, offering 3 beds 90*190 and 3 beds 140*190. 2 shower rooms and 2 wc. The owners will be happy to help you discover the area and its producers.
